Who We Are
Amanda Quatier, Attorney
I grew up in the small town of Vale, Oregon. As a lifetime Oregon resident with ties to both city life and country life, I find it easy to understand clients from diverse backgrounds. As someone raised on a small rural hobby farm, I understand the needs of those living in rural poverty. I became a mother at the age of seventeen, so I know the trials that many of my clients face who are also young parents just trying to get by and do what is right for their children. I can help you navigate your legal case and set up a successful future for you and your children.
I attended the University of Oregon where I earned a degree in Psychology. Before I went to law school, I work for several years as a drug and alcohol counselor for teens. During my time as a counselor, I learned that many of the issues facing teens stem from a break-down of the family unit during childhood. I developed a passion for helping adults and children through rough times and rebuilding family structures that were lost.
I attended Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland Oregon, hoping to one day help families navigate through divorce and family legal issues, while still keeping the supportive structures that children need to flourish. When I founded Quatier Law, I put passion into practice by helping clients through these difficult times.
When I am not working hard for my clients, I enjoy camping at the coast and in the mountains, throwing themed parties, singing badly at karaoke, making elaborate costumes, and spending time with my husband and two children.
Lennie Montgomery, Paralegal
Before earning my Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies from Portland Community College in 2019, I served six years in the military with the 101st Screaming Eagle 2-506 Bravo company, which included a tour in Afghanistan.
After leaving the military and earning my degree, I began my career as a paralegal working for Saint Andrew’s Legal Clinic, helping assist attorneys representing low income clients in a variety of legal matters, including family law. While I was there, I had the opportunity to help other veterans with their legal issues. Like many veterans, I have had my own trials and tribulations in the court system, which enables me to help our clients, both veterans and civilians, from a place of understanding and compassion.
My son Cole was born in 2013 and he has been my inspiration, passion, blessing, and the center of my world ever since.
I joined Quatier Law in 2022, because it was a firm that shared my values. My passion is to be a confidant and friend to our clients. My goal is to be someone our clients can talk to who will help boost them up during tough times. I provide assistance to Amanda with her cases, and find joy in going above and beyond for our clients.
When I am not working hard to support Amanda in her cases, I enjoy taking Cole on adventures, getting out to the woods to explore nature, camping and hunting, and riding my motorcycle.
